Phenomenon

During the first commercial break for Heroes, they played an extended teaser for "Phenomenon", another new NBC show. The song they played was a remix of "Tears from a Clown". I have heard it numerous other places (DVD promo for "Sin City", end of TLC's "Rides") so I believe it is commercially available. I have been searching for this song for a VERY long time. Can anyone help me with a name and artist?
