The first song is from the soundtrack by Nathan Larson and is sung by his wife, NINA PERSSON from the Swedish band, The Cardigans.

I'm praying some muso knows the name of the song playe din the trailer. I've searched everywhere but alas, no luck. My wife's fallen in love with it and I'm trying my best to find it. Please make me a hero.

This is the song written by Nathan Larson and performed by Nina Persson from "Palindromes" score. It's not released, you can hear it only on composer site.

I searched forever trying to find the music. But it is the soundtrack score to a very small unknown film. The film is hard to find, let alone the soundtrack. Give up.
