whats the song that is in the new old navy commercial where the girl is taking pictures for the guy and sends them to the guy..and then the girl surprises him in the end by going to see him. some of the lyrics were "like the back of my hand"

It might be a remix though... I dont think the original has strings. From some google searches I dont think she has an album out yet... hopefully she made a decent chunk of change off of that and will have something out soon.
