I don't even know for sure that it's Nissan's ad, but the song is driven by the guitar riffs and it's got a gravely female voice on it. The only part I can catch is when she says "Don't tell me I was born for nothing! 99 ain't enough, 99 ain't enough."

PLEEEEEEAAAAAAAASSSSSSSSSSSSSSEEEEEEEEEEE HELP ME before i lose it. Interestingly I recently heard another version of this song for another commercial, but I can't remember any lines from that one. I hope someone knows the answer to this!

You might be talking about The Bellrays. The name of the song is "Revolution Get Down" off the album "The Red, White & Black."
