New Nissan Altima commercial is Stevie Ray Vaughn - Pride and Joy
Silver Altima driving around in the desert.

Ok I guess there are two commercials same song. Other one I saw is the same car with a guy cleaning it then driving along the coast. This commercial features some of the lyrics while the desert commercial doesn't.

It just breaks my heart to see his music on a car commercial.

I don't see anything wrong with it, in fact I think it's a good thing. It may get more people into his music.

I like that they show Shift_pride and Shift_joy at the end :lol:.

There are better ways to get people to enjoy it than finding it on a commercial.

I think selling great music (I mean the real classic stuff) for advertising is sort of sleazy; music like that should be recognized better.

That's what I wondered too.

It's probably something like Michael Jackson owning all the Beatles Music.
But Paul GAVE the music to Michael, which is just stupid, IMO.

I have been trying to find out who is singing the music to the nissan altima commercial, it's got a blues 50's thing going. the one line is "she's my pretty little thing she's my pride and joy" please give me something to go on
