The Band is called the "Shout Out Louds" Im not sure what the track is off my head but its from the album "Howl Howl Gaff Gaff" maybe the track "Hurry Up lets Go"

The whole album is really solid. They are from Sweden and are one of my favorite bands. The top songs on the album are "Please, Please Please" and "100 Degrees"
