Music Played on Wynn Las Vegas Sign

This is an odd ball, but I am looking for the music that is played on the Wyn nlas Vegas sign when it advertises the Wynn Esplanade (shopping mall). I found the music on you tube and the link for the video is

If anybody may have an idea as to the name of the song or if it was specifically produced for the hotel. I called the hotel and the lady had no idea on the song. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks all!

I dont have all their songs, but it sounds just like them.
