McLeod's Daughters

I really want to know what the song is on the mcleod's daughters ad. I don't watch the show but I really like the song on the ad this week (12th to 19th sep).

Its kind of a screaming voice and I'm not sure what its saying... Possibly a woman.

It sounds familiar, but might be a few years old.

Any help would be appreciated. I've tried googling, but nothing, and this is my last resort before I join a mcleods forum (ie please help me and prevent that.)
