I know that this a long shot and that no one's gonna know it but, there's this one commercial, I think that it's a car ad, that has a guy in the backround with a deep voice singing la la la la, with just a guitar. They say that you can change the world. That's pretty much it. I know, vague, but I had to try.

I know it's off by a letter based on your vague description, but I'm pretty sure this song was used in a car commercial... How about Ya Ya Ya (Looking For My Baby) by the Detroit Cobras?
