LA Ink on TLC

Ok so Kat moved back to LA and opened her own shop.....and the commercials are playing a version of "Dancing With Myself" that I'm sooooooooooo in love with but can't find out any info about it. The thing is the commercial is kinda 1930's -1940's kinda look, and so is the song. It is sung by a woman, and I did some searches but can't find any versions sung by women that sound quite like that. HELP!?!?!?!

It's a remake of a Billy Idol song "Dancing with myself" by Nouvelle Vague
you can find it on amazon on the album "Bande a Part"
