Jewlery Commercial Song...I Think...

I'm not sure but I think that it's a jewelry commercial and the song goes like: "How can I tell you that I love you....I love you..." and in the commercial, there is a man and a woman in the bed and the woman is asleep and the man sneaks out of the room to go and get something and then he comes back and puts a necklace(or something) on the woman and then the woman wakes up and sees the necklace(or something) and the man is faking like he is asleep and she smiles at him....Does anyone know what i'm talking about?
