Insurance or Investment ad Song title Help!

OK, so this commercial hasn't been on in a while but the few lyrics from the song are still stuck in my head. The commercial is for an insurance or investment company. The commercial is an african-american family, a grandfather bathing his two granddaughters, they are in a tub full of suds and they put some suds on top of his head and on his face. The song playing in the background has the lyrics "my baby smiles because she loves me...my baby laughs because she loves me". That's the only lyrics I can remember, I can't remember the company name, sorry! Does anyone have any hints? Please help!
