I need help with a song

Ok I've seen this commercial and I have no idea what it is and can't tell you anything about it, but...there's this song in it, happy go-lucky type of song, and a guy is singing a song and he says, "Well I...." and then later on in the song " I've got a ..." that's all I've got but it's been in my head and I want the song real bad!! any help would be great, thanks guys!
