Well I am not sure of the song but it is most likely by a DJ named Juan Atkins from Detroit. I found his name listed as a composer of some techno music commercials for Ford. I don't have time right now to investigate further but if no one else has figured it out by the time I get back I will try and find it. Hope that helps you somewhat.
