Help...I am losing my mind

I know I have heard this song in a million movies and commercials...it is the song that is highly climatic and is with a choir (it seems). I have also heard it in the begining of boxing matches and wrestling matches. I have been searching for weeks...any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
