Hallmark Mother's Day

I am in need of help. I need to know the name of the song that was playing in the hallmark (i believe) mother's day commercial. woman walking with daughter, lets daoughters hand go and she takes a few steps forward, as the mother watches her change and grow with every step. then the daughter becomes the mother in the sceen and what not. i think it is a hallmark commercial. i saw it twice and i have to find that song.
