ESPN College Basketball

I have been trying to find out who sings this. It's sung by a man with a high voice and it usually comes on after a commercial break or maybe at the start of halftime. it's definitly a rock type of song. They always play the same part of the song and it appears that it might be the chorus. They play this during College Basketball games on ESPN, not sure if it's played during other sports. I would appreciate the help and thanks ahead of time.
