it's an ad on the Discovery channel - for all their new 2009 shows and returning shows with new episodes.

the chorus is something like "let it all hang out", and it has a funk-rock sound like if Urban Dance Squad (Deeper Shade of Soul) and the Standells (Dirty Water) had a baby.

sun shines through the shade

"The Hombres - Let It Out (Let It All Hang Out)" from 1967 - used on the Elizabethtown soundtrack as well.
