Commercial with baby

I think the commercial is for umbilical cord blood donation. It shows a woman and a baby and I think they show a close up of the woman holding the baby's hand. The song is a beautiful opera piece (in soprano) by a woman, but I can not make out what she is singing (it might be in Italian). It sounds reminiscent of a version of the song Ave Maria in a movie called Galaxies are Colliding (1992) (which I searched for but couldn't find).
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I just saw the end of this commercial. It is for Viacord. At the end of the commercial, they show a blonde woman holding a baby over her head. I hope someone can help me find this song. Thanks.
