Citibank: Scooter & PBS: Fishbowl

Hi. I'm hooked on the lot of commercials directed by Errol Morris and partly because he accompanies them with awesome music. Anyway, does anybody know the song playing in this particular commercial for Citibank (titled Scooter). Sorry, there are no lyrics, but here is the link to the commercial:

At first I thought it may be Yo La Tengo, but I'm not quite sure. Doesn't seem like it.

Actually, please nix the PBS one. I just found out that the song was made especially for that spot and hence, not commercially available.
