Does anyone know what the piece of instrumental music is called from the end of the 'Another Year' trailer? Ive tried using Shazam on my phone and also searched the net but so far had no luck.

I'm just about to find out this music piece too. well, I've tried using Track-ID but so far had no luck haha.

it sounds like song from the church, right?
