It's not a song; there aren't even lyrics.

It's score, and it sound like it's composed specifically for the commercial. I searched about 10 pages via Google, but did not find hte composer. A likely canidate -- though not necessarily the person -- is:

Kind of sounds like 'Chain Reaction' by Carly Comando.

Interesting. It looks as though somebody at a smaller company called Grasshopper thinks that Ogilvy used a video he had posted as inspiration for this spot. Grasshopper had actually commissioned Carly Commando to score their video, but the Ogilvy Amex spot has different but slightly similar music. Haven't found out who wrote it yet.
