Commercial:

The guy says "Play Happy Maniacs" but I can't find a group or song called "Happy Maniacs"

Maybe it's in-house?

Hate to break your big heart. For what it's worth, according to a Yahoo response, "There is no band called the Happy Maniacs. Its a fake band name with an original song written for this commercial by RMW Music in Toronto".
