    The Wedding Singer

Well, it's been a while since I've seen the Wedding Singer, but maybe someone here owns it or has seen it recently. During the movie, when Adam Sandler's character is getting married (the first time) and is left at the alter, what song is the string quartet playing in the background? It sounds...

I believe it is called "Bombardment Society Theme" by Josh Ralph (J. Ralph) / The Rumor Mill. update: i've found confirmation on that: http://www.adweek.com/aw/creative/best_spo...3/031114_19.jsp

    Saturn Ion?

I found this on a person's blog.. if it was a saturn ion commercial, and not another model of saturn, then it could be one of four new commercials.. "childhood", "prom night", "college", and "wedding"... I've heard the other three / seen them on tv already . .. so by process of elimination...

    MetLife

Nick Drake is one of my favourite artists, and watching TV the other day, I was stunned to hear one of his songs featured in a MetLife commercial. The commercial (from what I remember) features a little boy (with down syndrome?) looking at the back of a cereal box.. Anyway, just in case...

    Forum avatars

In my control panel, I no longer see the option of uploading a picture from my computer to use as an avatar.. I only see the options of using a gallery pic or a pic on a website. Did this change? Am I missing something? ::lol:: It's been a while since I've been active in the forums.

    The Laws Of Attraction

To me, the piece seems to have started earlier than the "come in.. cubicle two" bit... it sounds more jazzy than classical/tango. I'll start a search for some tunes that have string bass and horns.

    Mystery 1990s song

heehee, i swear it has doo-doo's... they're at the very end.. but it's a very short bit of doo-doo's ... and they fade out as the song finishes... ;)

    Mystery 1990s song

It could be "Rio" by Duran Duran. I think there's some 80's do-do's in that one.

    Mystery 1990s song

The Cure song is called "Pictures of You", and I wouldn't really label that as "upbeat 80's with Do-Do's". It's a pretty mellow song.

    Late Show with Dave Letterman

I think the song you might be looking for is "ballerina".. it's a neat little piano plus voals piece.

    Late Show with Dave Letterman

Well, it looks like her newest album is a self titled one : "Leona Naess." I bet the song she played on the late night show is on it, since she'll be promoting her new material on tv... I think I might pick up a copy myself.

    Starsky and Hutch

haha, gotcha.. i didn't hear that song really well the first time.. i'm on 56k, so i watched it in really really low quality.

    Starsky and Hutch

I watched a trailer online.. the second song, and the one that basically runs through the entire trailer, is "Sweet Emotion" by Aerosmith....

    Late Show with Dave Letterman

I'm betting it's Leona Naess. Her first album is called "Comatized" - it's pretty good.. I ended up buying her second too, but I was a little dissapointed. I didn't know she was on the late show, and I have to admit, I'm not up to date on any of her newest music.

    Without a Trace Season 2

This may not be needed, but just for clarification, the song featured in that episode of "Without a Trace" is by the artist David Berkeley (not William ROBERTSON, Berkeley's fellow musician who played guitar on the track), a Georgia native and Harvard grad. He's got some great stuff, check him...
