    Hmmm seems I was wrong. I viewed the movie last night and it had quite a bit of this Phillip Glass-like music. Great music. Hopefully the soundtrack comes out but I doubt it.

    Favorite movie trailer music?

    Don't know if you really do mean "Pompeii" but "Nara" by E.S. Posthumus is used on quite a few trailers, the most recent being "The Clearing" with Robert Redford, Wilem Dafoe and a few others (http://www.apple.com/trailers/fox_searchlight/the_clearing/) looks good.

    Okay, so to answer my own question I think I may have found the composer. Phillip Glass I haven't found the actual song but many of the ones I have listened to sound quite similar. Edit: Possibly from The Hours soundtrack??? Can someone who owns the soundtrack please confirm?
