Water for Elephants
The music up until 1:00 is "Song for Jesse" from The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford. Don't know the second theme used, though.- Mini Melly

I've been trying to figure out for weeks who composed the piano piece used in The Ladykillers. It is played a few times throughout the movie whenever Tom Hanks does a monologue.
