    I have heard the song & I'm not sure but it sounds like a song on BTVS "Once more with feeling" ep The link to listen to it is here. The name of the song is "where do we go from here" but it only has the chorus of the song. The part on the preview is from the begining. I hope this helps......

    I have heard this song on different shows recently but most was on a countdown of Vh1's the played it going/coming from/to commmercial. The lyrics that they played over are " On a high... On a high..." It has a techno pop sound to it? Well to me anyway. If anyone has even the slightest clue...
