What is the song used in these two commercials? Is it even a real, proper song?!
 
The forum's search engine lead me to this thread. I've looked around and seeing as this thread is only a week old, I thought to just post here. Sorry if it's been answered already, I goggled it every way imaginable to no avail.

Anyone have any luck finding it? It was also on some commercial for a show called Secret Girlfriend.
 
The original topic title I wrote included a mention of the Secret Girlfriend commercial; I don't know why it was changed: they are both commercials.
 
well, has anyone found it?

I am still trying to find the name of that song in the Kia Forte commercial. has anyone found it yet? Man, this is cool, a website actually dedicated to finding song in tv commercials. I am gonna keep looking and will post my results. Anyone else finds it before I do, please post.

The name of the song you are looking for is "Cha Cha!" by Super Sonic Jets. A band out of L.A.

I'm not sure about it being "Cha Cha" by The Super Sonic Jets. There's no doubt the Super Sonic Jets are a real band but there is no evidence yet about a song by them called "Cha Cha". I think it's more than coincidence that the song answer was posted on the website chacha.com

I think the poster meant to just state the band being The Super Sonic Jets without alluding to the name of the song; just saying Cha Cha as in like bingo because they answered the question on Chacha.com.

still haven't found it yet, I have been looking and will find this song. I even tried contact Kia Corporate office. no response from them yet.
 
it is not the supersonic jets, I listened to everyone of their songs. There's a few that sound like it but it's not the one in the commercial.
 
USA used it recently. And Headline News sometimes uses it for their Clark Howard segments.

This song is called "Lucky Bastard", but it is only available through Extreme Music as production music.
 
He's right, go to ExtremeMusic.com and search Lucky Bastard and you can listen to all 2:18 of it - it's really just what you heard in the commercials, but repeated. It's on a CD called Brit Rock - so that's why we all thought it was Fratellis...
