It took some major digging, but I found it: Prepare to Energize by Thorn Song. It is one of those songs from the 80's that is pretty hard to find. Thanks for the help...

If you mean the band Torch Song then that is a good song. William Orbit is awesome.

the song begun like a hawaian music and on the lyrics is "margarita yo te quiero mucho querida yo quiero tetitas grandes..." fun lyrics by the way haha well help me byeeee
