So of course the song in this commercial is zip a dee doo dah, but who sings it? It is a femal artist and it is a remake of the original version by uncle reamus. I'm hoping it's not a "just for ad purposes" song. But knowing disney, I wouldn't be surprised. Thanks!

That would probably be either Miley Cyrus or Aly & AJ.

I'd go with Aly and AJ because of the whole Disney Channel tie in...also, while perusing the tv, I've seen them performing the song.

I threw in Miley Cyrus, because she also just recently covered the song for the latest Disneymania CD that came out, plus her "Hannah Montana" seems to be a hit with the Disney Channel following. Of course, I haven't seen this peticular commercial yet, so i may be wrong on both counts!!

well while those are most definitley closer to the version i was looking for than uncle reamus, unfortunately neither of them are it. the aly and aj one is very very similar but not it. I just used that one anyway. it was just for my vacation slide show but oh well. thanks for your help though!
