"Three a day" milk yogurt cheese

Hi---Saw a commercial about the new milk campaign as part of watching your waistline, etc. "Three-A-Day" theme--milk, yogurt, cheese, and a retro song comes on "One, Two, Three". I know I have heard this before---some of the lyrics-(in the retro version)--it's easy--like taking candy from a baby". The group that did this for the commercial had more of "sha-la-la-la", guitars, etc., but would like to know the name of this song. Any ideas? Kind of an up-beat song. Thanks Alison.
