Victoria's Secret Fashion Show 2010

For the 2010 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show on CBS, the annual runway event returned to the Lexington Avenue Armory in New York City. The stage was given a burlesque club theme, with the broadcast dubbed "A Night of a Thousand Fantasies", featuring six runway segments: Tough Love, Country Girls, Game On, Heavenly Bodies, Wild Things, and Pink.

Noticeably absent was longtime host Heidi Klum, who recently turned in her wings and ended her affiliation with Victoria's Secret. Model Adriana Lima returned to the runway (after giving birth to her first child last year) to model the $2 million fantasy diamond bra designed by Italian jeweler Damiani.

Musical guests included singer Katy Perry and Akon. Perry performed her latest single "Firework" (which the Victoria's Secret Angels "lip dubbed" in a recent video), followed later by a medley of her hits "California Gurls", "Teenage Dream" and "Hot N' Cold". Akon serenaded various models during the "Heavenly Bodies" segment with his new single "Angel".

In addition to the live performances, longtime Victoria's Secret Fashion Show music director "DJ" Jeremy Healy returned to offer his usual pop song mashups along with an unexpected detour into country music for one runway walk segment. The most intricate remix combined Lady Gaga's "Bad Romance" with LL Cool J's "Mama Said Knock You Out" with a bit of Survivor's "Eye of the Tiger" thrown in for good measure. The best mashup came during the show's finale, which featured a track mixing the classic "Call Me" by Blondie with "Uprising" by Muse.
