New Marine Corp commercial.
Airing on or about Christmas 2007 on Spike.

The comercial is a High Energy job cut like an MTV video plagued by ADD.

The soundtrack is a heavy electronic piece with a funky high energy rythmn line.

If anyone out there has an idea. I'd appreciate it.

I'm on the hunt...you tube and Google are next!

There is a new commercial on our.marines.com. What is the name of the piece in the background. I can't put my finger on it. Thanks

I don't know the name of the song either. To listen to the song click menu on the box in the upper left corner of the homepage. Then click resources on the bottom of the list that appears. Then click tv spots on the bottom of the resources list to watch the clip.

that last post isn't actually the one Im talking about. THe one is on our.marines.com and is a contemporary piece from one of those epic movies but I can't put my finger on it.

I too am looking for a Marines commercial soundtrack.
But it's the Electro Funky Jam thing in this YouTube
piece.

Was watching the movie Behind Enemy Lines last night and there is a sequence on board ship in the "War Room" when everyone goes into high gear and this or a similar piece give the scene that "Johnny's gonna kick some ass now" energy.

If anyone out there knows the pieces to which I am referring, please speak up.

Would anyone happen to know the name of the music in this Marine Corp Commercial. Sounds like it could have come from a classical piece, ...or could have come out of "Lord Of The Rings".

Song used in Marine Corp officer commercial?

What is the name of the song played in the background of the commercial for the US Marines where the people in the commercial recite the names of the college / university they attended? This commercial played during this year's NCAA basketball tournament. Here is a link to the commercial. It is a rock-riff sounding song. (Fyi, the same song was used in a BMW 3 Series commercial a couple years ago where the jist of it was that Julius Caeser ruled 5 years, etc, but the 3 Series has made the Ten Best list for 17 years in a row.) Thanks!

If you are like me and had wondered for as many as 12 years for the song in the 2007 ad, "Pride of the Nation," where the narrator says, "They've been called Devil Dogs...," well I found out the answer tonight.

It is "Foodplay" by Harry Gregson-Williams from a romantic comedy soundtrack back in 2003.
