does anyone know the name of the artist and song title in that t-mobile U-Fix advert, the one where the girl is walking down the street and stops just in time when the piano falls from the sky and then stops the guy just as a car smashes through the window...

EDIT: I'm surprised no-one gave me a hard time for attributing the original track to The Cure. It was of course by MODERN ENGLISH.
