Samsung blind pianist with guide dog

it's right on the tip of my tongue, but can't quite place it.

It starts with a woman walking the beach (or at least it seems to be a beach) with her guide dog, talking about how she sees the world in a whole new light. Then her phone rings, and her audition was accepted. The final moments, before the Samsung emblem is showed, she walks on stage, with her guide dog, and plays a piano piece?

What is the name of the name of the piano piece at the end of the commercial??????
