I have written to Mercedes Benz asking for the ad tune as well and they replied that it was an inhouse production and the composer for the track was a private arrangement within MB. They were unable to share the ad tune for this commercial. I am not sure if you have managed to get a hold of the track since your posting was in April. If you have better luck, let me know!
