MD Anderson - need to know!

The music used in the MD Anderson Cancer Center commercials is sort of a celtic-irish tune. It shows patients who are cancer survivors crossing out the names of the type of cancer they once had.
Great music. I would love to know who did it. Can anyone help?!
It'd be greatly appreciated!
