Here is some more info if it can help.

The Commercial is kinda old, the last time Saltimbanco toured in Japan was in 2001.

The site is www.ktv.co.jp if that helps any also. The site on the video isn't up anymore.

If you were talking about THIS commercial, it’s Love Revolution by Morning Musume. Not a Cirque song indeed! 3 of the members of the group are also featured in the commercial.
