a music video from the 90s

here we go: late 90 : a techo sounding instrumental music video that played on MTV, about two men dressed in black suits each carrying a black duffle-gym bag with a live head in it. during the course of the video they would look into the bag from time to time while walking around a city. they stopped for food at a MacDonalds kind of place at one point and fed the heads in the bag, before switching there own heads out in the bathroom and continueing on with their heads in the bags and the bag heads on the shoulders. If anyone remembers this and can identify the group, or can just identify that i actualy saw it and am not suffering a psycotic eposode, I would greatly apreaciate it....cheers, Rana
