80s song "Freak Out"

I heard this song on the radio that sounded funkish. It could have been from 70's/80's! I only remeber them saying "Freak Out" a lot. also maybe a "awwwww" going up in pitch right before they say freak out, or maybe not. Also possibly a "shh-shh --- shh-shh" cant remeber though!
