Its some kind of rock version of the mexican hat dance I believe. I'll keep looking though. Hope you'll do the same! Let me know if you find anything.
 
I've been looking around and the song's name is Espana Cani, however this is a modern rock version of it. I'm still looking for it though, but this should help.
 
The last song in the trailer is Roll Away Your Stone by Mumford and Sons. The first song is the bullfighter one by Carne Asada.
 
Anyone know the name of the song playing in the background of the bar scene in the second Rango trailer (starts around 0:50 with a big drum roll)?
