I think it was done by Michael McCann, the composer for the game. His site behaviormusic.com/ has the details. Its a shame. If this is part of the soundtrack, we'll have to wait until 2011!!! I hope they release it seperately....
 
You're right didgey, it is Michael Cann- great stuff. The sound makes you feel like you're playing a movie and not just a game. Beautifully engaging.
