i would like to know the name of the song played towed the end of the trailer about 3/4 of the way if anybody has an answer

I believe that's Charlie Clouser - "Hello Zepp" from the Saw soundtrack. Famous Saw theme song, appearing in every Saw movie.

that is a custom cue that is a knock-off of Snow Patrol "Lightning Strike" that is the closes to the song anybody is going to get.

I was trying to find the piano music from the Box trailer too. It might be a modified version of Clint Mansell's "Lux Aeterna" from Requiem for a Dream theme?

No. The tv spot with the piano is
a custom cue that is a knock-off of Snow Patrol "Lightning Strike"
