Does anyone know the name of the score used in this trailer?

Can anyone help find or know the name of the music used in the hudsucker proxy trailer. It has also been used in the new trailer "Imagine That" It strarts at 00.41 sec and ends at 1.00 min. Please any ideas. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1acYvsel0Cw

I believe it's by Danny Elfman, from either his scores for Summer School or Back To School. Both scores are extremely similar and both were done around the same time. But I'm pretty sure the piece is from one of those two films. Although, I don't think either score was ever released on CD. However, there is a selection from Back To School on Danny Elfman's first compilation album, Music For A Darkened Theater, Volume 1.
