It is "Bizarre Love Triangle" by New Order (a group from the 1980's). If you do not know the song, you miss the implicit meaning between the text and the music.
As well, the YouTube posting is incorrect. That's a different commercial, but w/the same appearance.

you guys screwed up my post. i was talking about a commercial where it made fun of a relationship that chocolate and peanut butter have where peanut butter ditched jelly. i think it is the song by new order. im not sure because they stopped airing the commercial. it would make sense though. bizarre love triangle and all.
