what's the END trailer music for Finding Forrester. The only one I keep finding is the over the rainbow song which is NOT it. I've been searching for years. Thanks a lot

THEATRICAL TRAILER
"Bell Ringer" - Music Junkies
"Original Trailer Music" - Non-Stop Music
The Shawshank Redemption (1994) - Thomas Newman
Bicentennial Man (1999) - James Horner

TV SPOTS
Powaqqatsi (1988) - Philip Glass

The ending piece isn't THE SHAWSHANK REDEMPTION, nor is it BICENTENNIAL MAN (they're heard earlier in the trailer). Possibly Glass' POWAQQATSI?

I found this on Rhapsody after the Rainbow song.

Vonette by Miles Davis

Coffaro's Theme by Bill Frisell

Foreigner in a Free Land by Ornette Coleman

Beautiful E. by Bill Frisell

In a Silent Way (Remix) by Miles Davis

I hope that helps. :)

I think it's this:

Somewhere Over the Rainbow/What a Wonderful World
by Israel Kamakawiwo'ole
on the album "Facing Future"

Found at iTunes

Re: An Oldie but ... Finding Forrester Trailer

It's also in the trailer for "Music Within"

If you are talking about the music that plays when he begins to ride the bike after leaving his apartment for the first time, I am with you! I love that music and want a copy of it for my own. I have heard it one other time in an old Mercedes-Benz commercial. If you find out, let me know!

I think you're talking about this one:

Finding Forrester (2000)
Orff Gassenhauer nach Hans Neusiedler (1536)
from Music für Kinder Nr.15 (1952)
from Vier Stucke für Xylophone

It's on iTunes for 99 cents. I love this song. Xylophone win!
