NBC Today Show

I tried searching for this so if it's somewhere else I'm sorry. It a song that they've been using during the part where they tell you what's coming up after the commercial. It's got a dance/techno (almost Mediterranean) beat and the only words that I've heard are "oh oh, oh oooooh oh." I know that's not much to go on sorry.

Anyone?

There was a song sung by Trisha Yearwood sung this morning on the Today show that I just loved the lyrics too, but can't seem to figure out what song it is.

Some of the lyrics were like

Okay -- this is a bit arcane.

During a segment on the goodbye katie show, they played a series of home-made videotapes viewers submitted. (it was about 8:40 am ET (or 1:40 into the show)

There was about a 15sec clip of music during part of it, when the USC cheerleaders was on. Sounded a bit like counting crows, but more upbeat. Maybe from the late 80s, or maybe more recent.

Any ideas?

Did anyone catch the The Today Show fasions segment on 8/31/06, all about plaid? Does anyone know the song that was playing in the background? It's sorta House and has a whistling melody in it, very catchy. I've been looking for this song forever!
