There is a commercial that shows people opening their mouths like they're screaming, but no sound comes out. It is for the website drugfree.org and they usually play it during dr. drew pinksys celeb rehab. does anyone know what it is?

According to the comments for the youtube clip:

It is Philip Glass, as performed by The Kronos Quartet -- I'm reasonably sure it's String Quartet No. 5....
