I'm looking for this song as well. I only saw the commercial once so I don't really remember the lyrics, but I thought it was "little baby" that I heard.
I was searching iTunes and I found "Doris Day - Pretty Baby", which matched some of the lyrics you mentioned.

yeah doris day does a version of the song, but it's a different beat and tune. still is "pretty baby" tho, just sung by someone else.
