There was a very haunting song that played in the closing scene from tonight's NCIS epsidoe. This song played as Ziva left the bar and her new boyfriend. The song featured a female vocalist with ballad-like music.

This was a Repeat episode that aired on Friday, Oct 31, 2008.

It was about a serial killer that cuts off the wedding ring finger of his female victims.

Anyone know the name of the Tune, and theArtist?
